I Found a New Place to Visit

Has anyone ever been to Villa la Estancia Nuevo Vallarta? A friend of mine just got back and I'm so jealous. She had tons of pictures to show me and I sat and looked at them for hours. I'm a sucker for vacations as most of you may already know. I try to go somewhere every chance I get. Of course, on occasion it takes some major persuading to get my husband to pick up and go, but he usually enjoys traveling when he isn't backed up with his work. I am definitely going to keep this spot in mind for my next little vacation adventure. You should check it out too! What better way then to spend some nice relaxing days on the beach in Mexico. Sounds like heaven to me. Just keep in mind if you have an anniversary or birthday coming up. Go ahead and put a bug in your loved ones ear. That's what I'm going to do.

My Best Friend's Toddler

My best friend has been trying to find a toddler Spanish DVD to purchase. Luckily she ran across one at a place called Little Pim. If I would have only known about this when my daughter was younger. She use to love trying to learn Spanish, and actually did quite a good job at it, but it would have been helpful to have owned one of these DVDs. In fact, I don't know that I wouldn't like to have one for myself now. Who says you have to be a toddler to learn with this DVD? I'll wait until my friend receives hers and I will check it out. If it seems like something I can learn from then I might just buy one for me and my daughter. How cool that would be? I might be able to communicate with other people in my area a lot more. That frustrates me when I can't get people to understand what I am trying to say.

Headed to San Diego

I am going out of town with my husband for a few days on some San Diego California PR work. I plan on continuing to work while he is there doing all of his meetings. It will give me some time to get away from the house and focus on my list of things that have to be done. He enjoys when I travel with him, although I'm unsure why since I don't get to see him all that much. I'm not complaining because I enjoy the travel time myself. It's actually kind of nice when you have the piece and quite from everything going on in your home town. Now I'm off to find us some airline tickets and pack my bags. Anyone know any good deals for tickets? The last time I checked it was going to be expensive, but I might just have to cash in some rewards points, because I already made up my mind to go.

Wedding Jewelry

My best friends daughter just came home the other night with big news. She is now officially engaged. I was really shocked to hear the news, but even more so shocked to see the engagement ring. It was so beautiful. Apparently, it is part of a set, so I am sure the wedding band will look just as nice.

Speaking of wedding bands, my husband has a Tungsten wedding band from Jewelry Vortex. He has been extremely pleased with it and her daughter ask about where we got it. I believe that is what she is wanting for her husband's wedding band. I told her all about Tungsten and the durability that comes along with it. She really liked that idea since her soon to be husband works in construction. I explained to her how my husband's had been through everything and still looks as if it was brand new.

A New Gift I Am Buying for Myself

Next week I plan on making a purchase for an item that is solely for myself. I have wanted this for a long time and just now got the money saved up to buy one. It's a treadmill for me to be able to get the appropriate exercise I need.

I plan on making my purchase from this great place called Smooth Fitness. I have heard some wonderful things about this company and their exercise equipment. In fact, I have a friend that wouldn't think of living without her equipment. She talks about it constantly and how convenient it is to own something you can use right at home. It beats having to get dressed to go to the gym everyday.

Now my only problem is finding a neighbor that is going to be able to be here when they deliver my product. I am going to be out of town for a while and don't want this equipment just sitting out on my front porch. I'm not going to let this stop me from ordering it. I have made up my mind and will do whatever it takes to get my treadmill.

Browsing Around for Stock Photos

I have been spending most of my morning browsing around for some really good stock photos. I started out looking for underwater stock footage and found some that is so awesome. I definitely will be using some of it for a website I trying to get up and running. It was just amazing to see everything underwater. I have always kind of had a fear of swimming around under water in the ocean, so this was truly neat for me to see.

Another type of photos I was searching for was wildlife stock footage. I was mainly looking for it to help my husband out on a site he has going. He works so hard to keep this site up and running, that this is the least I can do for him. You would just be amazed at all the stock footage out there. It is so unbelievable. I could spend hours just browsing around.

The Best Thing for Elderly

My friend just informed me about the new Medical Alarm. It is the neatest thing I have seen in a while. I am definitely going to be talking to my family about this for my grandmother. She lives alone and needs something for emergency type situations.

Actually, I was doing a little research and noticed there are two different Medical Alarm type products on the market today. One is a Fall Alert detector that will let emergency personnel know when someone has fallen and can't get to a button to push. The other type of Medical Alarm available is a bracelet which has GPS tracking on it. Isn't that the neatest thing ever? It even has a two-way speaker phone that you use like a cell phone. I am just dying to tell my parents about this. I know it is something we will be looking into purchasing for my grandmother. Can you imagine how much more ease of mind you can have knowing your loved one can get a hold of something at any moment?

My Online Trading Adventure

I have been doing a little research about Online Trading. It is more interesting than I had given it credit for. I have several friends who are really into Stock Trading, and I wanted to see what it's really all about. I know I don't have tons of money, but I do have a little I would like to invest.

So, first thing I found out that I need to do is find an Online Broker. That shouldn't be to hard since I have those friends already involved in the venture. I think I will start out by just asking each of them and then go from there. At least it gives me somewhere to begin. If each of them are using different companies then I could always just check out the ones they recommend to me. This is going to be lots of fun. Let's just hope I make tons of money and can come back here and tell you all about it. Keep your fingers crossed!

A Small Change in Plans

Before I had the opportunity to book us a place at the beach, my husband decided to change up the plans just a little bit. He wanted me to look for a Myrtle Beach Golf Package. Starting to Make Plans

Well my husband finally got home from work and informed me that we were going to sit down tonight and make our plans for a Myrtle Beach Resort. I'm sure he knew how much I wanted to hear him say that, and he always gets a kick out of surprising me with something and I hate surprises, normally.

Ready for a Vacation

I have been ready for a vacation for several weeks now. I can just see myself sitting at a North Myrtle Beach Resort. It would be so relaxing and I definitely need that right now. I have been working nonstop for weeks now and can't take much more.

My husband is kind of in the same boat. With his job being so hectic, he is ready for a trip too. He likes going to the North Myrtle Beach Resorts himself. In fact, I'm not sure that the Oceanfront North Myrtle Beach Resort isn't his favorite vacation spot. I know it is high on his list. Maybe with a little more hard work we can go a lot sooner than we had planned.

I am so excited

I am getting ready to order a enclume pot rack for my kitchen. I have wanted one of these for years. It seems all my friends have one, and I have been left out. This past week my husband decided we needed to look into enclume pot racks. Do you know how I was so excited to hear him finally say this?

Anyway, now I am anxiously awaiting for him to get home from work and help me decide on which one to order. This is a big deal for me. I have put pots in the drawers for years and after the amount of work I put into cooking, I deserve this.

Moving Can be a Big Deal

It seems anytime someone moves it turns in to such a big hassle. From getting one way truck rentals to packing up all your junk. I don't know which is worse. Most people just hate having to move, but sometimes it can't be avoided. It's a well know fact that moving companies try to do their best to accommodate you, but sometimes they can't do it all.

Some friends of mine were discussing budget van lines the other night. According to them, this is the way to go. I know that sometime in a near future we are going to try and move. I'm not exactly sure when, but it will be soon. I have been putting off every detail of the move, but I know at some point I am going to consider budget van lines for the simple fact of all the wonderful reviews I have heard about them.

It's a not a big secret how much my friends and I love to shop. I can almost say it's our favorite hobby. We are constantly calling each other on the phone to tell one another about the latest deal we have found. Well boy do I have a surprise for them. Shopping Around for Life Insurance

My husband and I have been shopping around for life insurance this past week. Well, he has actually been looking into it more than me. He informed me with Advantage Term Life we can actually get an online quote, which I think is really neat. Can you imagine how much time that is going to save?

It is also so much easier when a life insurance companies list their actual terms right on their site. I find that much easier to shop. In fact, I think we will probably go with a company that we can investigate online instead of having to wait for information to come in the mail. We wanted to make a decision fairly quick and this will allow us to do so.
